About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Cellulose Process Engineer to lead the development and engineering of our cutting-edge textile recycling process. Your primary focus will be on developing and implementing innovative solutions for processing cellulose fibres.
Your Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage the engineering and process development of a state-of-the-art Wet-Dope-Spinning-Process for cellulosic fibres.
* Develop and implement processes to generate cellulosic precipitate.
* Oversee equipment manufacturing, installation, and commissioning.
* Scale the process from laboratory to industrial production in cooperation with the lab team.
* Ensure timely and budget-effective execution of projects.
* Drive the scale-up of chemical recycling processes to commercial levels.
The Ideal Candidate:
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced process engineer who has a strong background in chemical or process engineering. You should have experience in wet spinning fibre processes, such as viscose, lyocell, and modal. Additionally, you should be proficient in process simulation and fluid mechanics software, such as Pro-II.

Location and Working Hours:
This is a full-time position located in Winterthur, Switzerland. You will be required to travel occasionally for trials within the EU, UK, and Switzerland.
