Here's how you'll make a difference: Daily Closing Checks – You review daily closures from the Hotel Property Management System (Opera Cloud).
Revenue Monitoring – You control and analyze hotel, restaurant, and rental revenues, contributing to financial transparency.
Training Operational Teams – You instruct colleagues from restaurants, the spa, and the hair salon on the correct use of POS systems, playing a key role in preventing incorrect postings.
Ad-hoc Reporting for Management – You provide fast, precise analyses as a basis for high-level operational decisions.
Reconciliation of Payment Transactions – Using the Matchbox software, you ensure flawless allocation and control of all transactions.
System Implementation & Optimization – You actively contribute to the development of our finance systems and support the implementation of new digital tools.

Moritz is essential.

This is you You have a commercial or hospitality-related education and initial experience in finance and accounting – ideally in the hotel or service industry.
You are fluent in German and English, both written and spoken; additional languages such as Italian are a plus.
You work in a structured and precise manner and can keep an overview even when dealing with complex data.
With your analytical thinking and affinity for digital tools, you help take our finance processes to the next level.
We work with state-of-the-art systems such as Opera Cloud, Tcpos, TAC, Matchbox, Abacus, etc.
You are a team player with a proactive mindset, eager to optimize processes and take on responsibility.
You are confident using the Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
