C.C. & W.K SA is a multidisciplinary architecture firm based in Vevey, now expanding its presence with a new branch in Zurich. We are committed to innovation, collaboration, and the continuous development of our teams and services. To support the growth of our new branch, we are looking for a Branch Manager to lead operations and contribute actively to our architectural projects in the Swiss-German region.
Your Mission
As Branch Manager, you will:
* Actively contribute to the development and growth of C.C. & W.K SA in the Swiss-German region.
* Lead architectural projects from concept through execution.
* Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, working closely with experts and project managers.
* Build strong, long-term relationships with clients, public authorities, and key stakeholders in the region.
* Foster innovation and the development of new skills within the team.
Your Profile
* Degree in Architecture (Master’s level or equivalent).
* Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar leadership or managerial role.
* Strong understanding of the full project lifecycle – from acquisition to execution.
* Proactive, responsible, autonomous, and detail-oriented.
* A forward-thinking mindset, eager to contribute to continuous improvement.
Language Requirements
* German and English: fluent and mandatory.
* French: highly appreciated (main office is located in Vevey, French-speaking region).
