Our long-standing partner is seeking an IT Support Engineer (m/w) to expand the IT department, available immediately or by agreement. Interested? Responsibilities
* First point of contact for all issues related to 1st and 2nd level support (phone, email, on-site)
* Install, maintain, and configure IT workstations
* Classify, process, and document support tickets
* User administration and policy management via Active Directory
* Independently analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve system issues
* Create and update manuals and documentation
* Participate in various IT projects
Profile
* Completed vocational training as an IT specialist EFZ (m/w) or comparable qualification
* 1-3 years of professional experience in IT
* Solid knowledge of Microsoft environment (Windows OS, MS Server, MS Office, Exchange, Active Directory, hardware)
* Good knowledge of Citrix and/or VMware
* Excellent German and English skills (spoken and written)
* Enjoy working with customers
* Driver's license category B is an advantage
