Project Manager in Bioprocessing
This position involves leading the overall project management of capacity expansion at a protein production facility and expanding capacity globally by re-applying the concept.
The successful candidate will oversee CAPEX implementation projects, controlling basic and detailed engineering, as well as construction and commissioning. They will also lead initial production ramp-up planning and coordination of new fermentation facilities.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business experience across multiple disciplines and CAPEX project management, with a minimum of 10 years of experience. They should be familiar with reading and producing P&IDs, PFDs, MEBs, TEAs, LCAs, and have operational experience in production environments or microbial fermentation.
The role requires the ability to manage project deliverables through effective timelines, schedules, stakeholder management, and coordinate risk and issue identification and resolution. The successful candidate will report directly to C-level executives.

Requirements:
* Masters degree in Engineering, Science, Business Management, or related field
* Familiarity with project management tools and techniques
* Strong business experience across multiple disciplines
* Operational experience in production environments or microbial fermentation
* Proficiency in English; German and French are a plus
