Your responsibilities:
The Cloud and Network Engineer is responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining cloud-based and on-premise server infrastructure, as well as network components to support the organization's IT operations. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams around the globe to ensure the reliability, scalability, and security of all systems. The job is very varied and includes activities like cloud and on-premise infrastructure management, network design and implementation, business application support, call center solution management, workplace and endpoint management to name just a few. You will also take on the development and implementation of the apprenticeship training programs for aspiring IT professionals within the department.
Your qualifications:
1. Education: Informatiker/in EFZ or similar
2. Fluent in German and English
3. Experience in Azure, VMWare, Hyper-V, CISCO, Sophos, M365, call center solution (preferably GenesysCloud) and workplace/endpoint management
4. Professional experience in a comparable working environment
5. Experience with apprentices, federally recognized certificate for vocational trainers would be an asset
