Then the position of Corporate Communication, Events & Partnerships Manager (m/f/d) based in our Zurich or Morges Office,is the perfect next step. In this role, you will shape ManpowerGroup's communication landscape, strengthen brand presence, and develop events and partnerships that leave a lasting impression.
Your Mission:
* Develop and execute the national event strategy and ensure high-quality delivery with regional teams and agencies
* Lead the corporate communications strategy, crafting clear and engaging brand messaging and thought-leadership content
* Drive proactive media relations, build strong journalist networks, and manage press materials and inquiries
* Oversee internal communications, fostering a transparent and positive communication culture
* Measure the impact of events and communication activities and derive actionable improvements
* Collaborate closely with marketing, social media, and European communication teams, and manage external partners to ensure efficient, high-quality output
Your Profile:
* Relevant education or degree in Communications, Marketing, Events, or similar
* Several years of experience in corporate communications, events, or partnerships
* Strong storytelling, media relations, and content creation skills
* Experienced in managing complex projects and diverse stakeholders
* Creative, structured, and communicative personality with high ownership
* Enjoys a dynamic, fast-paced environment
* Excellent German, French and English skills; additional languages are a plus
