1. Akquisition und Abwicklung von Verkaufs- oder Kaufmandaten
2. Bewertung von Objekten
3. Erstellung von objektspezifischen Vermarktungskonzepten
4. Begleitung von potenzieller Kundschaft im Such- und im Kaufprozess
5. Repräsentation von Swiss Life Immopulse im Bereich des Immobiliengeschäfts
6. Vermittlung von Versicherungsgeschäften und Hypotheken (Cross Selling)
Ihre Stärken
7. Mehrjährige (mind. 2 Jahre), nachweisbare Erfahrung als Immobilienmakler
8. Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse, weitere Landessprache(n) von Vorteil
9. Hervorragende Kommunikationsfähigkeit, ausgeprägte Verkaufskompetenz und konsequente Kundenorientierung
10. Hohe Sozialkompetenz, Empathie und Teamfähigkeit
11. Unternehmerisches Denken sowie eine selbstständige, ziel- und leistungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
12. Belastbarkeit, Kontaktfreude und souveränes Auftreten
