The EMEA Strategic Account Manager role offers a unique opportunity to excel in sales and key account management.
Key responsibilities include managing a portfolio of regional key accounts, developing opportunities to increase sales and account profitability through liaison with national key account managers. This involves leading/animating operational strategic account committees, preparing short-term, intermediate, and long-term account plans and objectives, and driving regular business reviews both internally and externally with customers.
In addition to collaborating with EME clusters sales & marketing teams on business development for strategic accounts over cluster territories, this role requires leading global contracts in collaboration with the legal department to ensure compliance. Alongside national sales managers, setting forecasts and sales revenue budgets for accounts is also essential.

This position plays a vital role in maintaining and strengthening the company's footprint by properly validating and assessing regional key account needs. Building trusted advisor relationships with regional key accounts stakeholders and executive sponsors, gaining knowledge and business relationships of account activities, and mapping key contacts and decision-makers are all critical components of this role.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have a Master's degree or higher in Business Management, with 8-10 years' experience selling complex solutions to multiple decision-making groups in business-to-business. Strong negotiation skills, a proven international track record in managing complex projects, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
