Job Responsibilities

* Plan, develop, and execute integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels (digital, print, events, social media, etc.).
* Coordinate and collaborate with internal stakeholders, creative teams, and external vendors to ensure timely and high-quality campaign delivery.
* Monitor and analyze campaign performance using KPIs and metrics to optimize results and ROI.
* Coordinate multi-channel campaigns by integrating digital (ads, web, email) and physical (conferences, events) initiatives.
* Ensure timely resource allocation, campaign planning, execution, and performance tracking via tools such as ClickUp.
* Manage campaign budgets, timelines, and reporting.


Content Development & Brand Management

* Develop marketing content, including emails, website copy, social media posts, white papers, and case studies.
* Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and messaging frameworks.
* Support brand activation efforts to enhance awareness and market presence.
* Lead the creation, standardization, and continuous improvement of corporate, marketing, and sales materials.
* Ensure content reflects SHL Medical’s brand identity, messaging strategy, and global sales objectives.
* Establish and manage sustainable content lifecycle processes for development, distribution, and maintenance of materials.
* Collaborate cross-functionally to gather feedback and drive ongoing optimization of messaging and tools.


Digital Marketing & Analytics

* Support SEO, SEM, and email marketing strategies.
* Analyze web traffic and engagement metrics using tools such as Google Analytics, Salesforce, Pardot, or similar platforms.
* Provide insights and recommendations based on campaign and channel performance data.
* Experience in executing digital marketing campaigns on Google, LinkedIn, and related channels.


Cross-Functional Collaboration

* Work closely with other teams in SHL’s Communication and Marketing department, SHL Medical Growth function, and other departments to align messaging and campaigns with go-to-market strategies.
* Ensure consistent communication and marketing materials across internal and external platforms.


Minimum Requirements

* Minimum 5+ years of experience in B2B or B2C marketing, preferably in a senior or specialist-level role.
* Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
* Proficiency in marketing tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Adobe Creative Suite, and marketing automation platforms.
* Excellent writing, communication, and presentation skills, with proven ability to initiate and drive global and cross-functional projects in international matrix organizations.
* Experience with data analysis and campaign reporting tools.
* Knowledge of digital marketing strategies and content marketing best practices.
* Proven experience in digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media.
* Strong understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategy, and best practices.
* Commitment to continuous learning and adapting in a fast-paced, global digital landscape.


Preferred Qualifications

* Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (Master’s degree a plus).
* Skilled in B2B digital marketing channels, including LinkedIn and Google Ads.
* Experience in branding activation and management is an asset.
* German language skills are advantageous.
