The Role
We are looking to add to our Sales Team based in EMEA. As a Sales Executive within the Office of the CFO Team, you will be responsible for driving new business across Switzerland focusing on mid‑large size corporates.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and execute sales strategies to grow FIS’s footprint across Switzerland.
* Develop and execute a strategic territory plan to exceed annual sales targets.
* Engage C‑level stakeholders (CFOs, Treasurers, Heads of Payments) to understand their challenges and position FIS as a trusted advisor.
* Collaborate with pre‑sales, solution consultants, and product teams to deliver compelling client proposals and demos.
* Maintain accurate pipeline and forecasting data within FIS CRM systems.
* Lead client engagements from initial discovery through to contract negotiation and closure.
* Represent FIS at industry events, conferences, and client meetings.
What You Bring
* Proven track record in B2B sales, ideally within Treasury and Payments industry.
* Strong understanding of corporate treasury operations and payment ecosystems selling treasury, cash management, or payment solutions to corporates.
* Ability to navigate complex sales cycles and influence senior decision‑makers.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
* Fluent in English and French (written and spoken).
