About the Role:
If you are crazy about our brands and products, understanding the mission of bringing the joy and indulgence to our consumers and want to be part of this incredible process, this role can be interesting for you! As a Junior Brand Manager you will support the Marketing Team in projects related to market share growth and strengthening the competitive position of the Brands.
Main Responsibilities:
* Operational management of one of our product categories for the Austrian and Swiss market
* Support and coordination of the entire value-added process of the responsible products (e.g. in SAP)
* Independent preparation of briefings to agencies for packaging and advertising materials
* Drafting and coordination of designs, release of artwork and correction runs
* Long term Volume planning in consultation with Demand Planner and Sales Team
* Creation of communication/sales documents (sales folders, product passports, price lists, updating of image databases, etc.)
* Market, product and competitor analysis and observation
* Support of the product manager in strategic issues
* Development of proposals for activities
* Cross-departmental cooperation with sales, finance, supply chain and international
* Support creation / adaption of advertising materials and management of associated buyouts
Who we are looking for:
* Business studies with a focus on marketing would be an advantage.
* 1-3 years of relevant work experience.
* Very good knowledge of German and English, Italian and French would be an advantage.
* Very good Microsoft office skills, Nielsen and SAP knowledge advantageous
* Project management experience and organizational strength
* Strong analytical skills
* Open, communicative and team-oriented personality
