The current job holder has been developed internally and we are now seeking a dynamic professional to take on this exciting position.
In your role as Compliance Lead you will be leading the Compliance department and manage its members consisting of one Senior Legal Counsel and two Compliance Mangers.
Your key responsibilities
* Expanding, providing regular training on, and monitoring the effectiveness of, Tillotts` compliance program
* Handling approval requests, and advice on contracts, for interactions with HcPs, HcOs and POs
* Reviewing relevant (non-) promotional material
* Advising on other compliance questions and propose appropriate actions for ensuring compliance
* Performing third party due diligence on potential new partners in collaboration with relevant internal stakeholders
* Conducting investigations in case of reported or otherwise detected compliance issues and developing corrective action plans in alignment with relevant internal departments
* Advising on other compliance questions and propose appropriate actions for ensuring compliance
* Being responsible for all data privacy matters with support from the Senior Legal Counsel
* Presenting regular compliance updates to the Senior Management Committee (SMC), if and as needed
* Representing Compliance in the Project Steering Committee Science

Who you are
* Master of law with the admission to the Swiss or European bar
* At least ten years of experience as in-house counsel in the pharmaceutical industry in an international environment, including at least five years of experience in a pharma compliance role and at least three years in a management position
* Strong project management skills
* Highly motivated to work in a performance- oriented environment
* An independent and proactive attitude, but at the same time a team player
* Fluency in English completes your profile, knowledge of German is an asset
* Strong interpersonal and communications skills
* A sense of humour
* Flexible and agile to navigate in a fast-paced working environment
* High level of efficiency and attention to detail
