Executive / Operations Assistant (Part-Time, Flexible) – Klosters Region

About the Role
We are looking for a highly reliable, optimistic, and hands-on Executive / Operations Assistant to support a growing international real-estate and hospitality business with assets in Switzerland and the UK.
This is a key hire and a role of trust. You will work directly with the founder, with a high degree of autonomy and responsibility. The role is intentionally flexible and well suited for someone who lives locally (or plans to), enjoys independence, and wants to earn good additional income alongside an active lifestyle.
The role can grow significantly over time into more sophisticated operational, financial, or coordination responsibilities, depending on your interest, skills, and availability.

Key Responsibilities
Operations & Administration
* Receive, sort, and scan post and documents
* Manage digital filing and document organization
* Prepare administrative material for bookkeeping and accounting
* Handle basic financial admin (invoices, expense tracking, document prep)
Rentals & Property Coordination
* Manage rental agreements and tenant documentation
* Coordinate Airbnb operations, including:
* Ensuring cleaning is scheduled and completed
* Coordinating with guests when needed
* Liaising with cleaning staff and local service providers
* Coordinate with construction, maintenance, and tradespeople as required
Coordination & Communication
* Act as a local point of coordination in and around Klosters
* Communicate confidently with service providers, tenants, and partners
* Proactively flag issues and suggest solutions

What We're Looking For
You are:
* Based in or near Klosters (this is essential)
* Optimistic, outgoing, and trustworthy
* Comfortable working independently under your own responsibility
* Organised, proactive, and detail-oriented
* Calm and solution-oriented when things don't go perfectly
Languages
* German: good working level (spoken & written)
* English: good working level
(Swiss German is a plus, but not required)
Experience
* Prior experience as an executive assistant, operations assistant, office manager, or similar is a strong plus
* Experience with rentals, Airbnb, property management, or bookkeeping admin is helpful but not mandatory

* Must be available locally in Klosters when needed
* Very flexible daily schedule
* Occasional travel to the UK may be possible (optional)
