As a Sales Associate, you act as an ambassador of Breguet. You play a key role in welcoming, advising, and building loyalty with customers, while supporting the daily operations of the boutique. You contribute to sales growth and client retention, strictly aligning with the brand’s standards and commercial strategy.
* Warmly welcoming customers, understanding their needs, and presenting Breguet products and heritage in a compelling manner.
* Driving sales and conducting negotiations in accordance with Sales Management guidelines.
* Building customer loyalty through personalized follow-ups, clienteling initiatives.
* Managing after-sales interactions: assessing issues, performing initial checks, following up on repairs, and identifying upsell opportunities.
* Handling administrative and operational tasks: cash register management, stock control, inventories, order processing, and boutique presentation.
* Supporting boutique events, marketing activities, invoicing, VAT/export documentation, and maintaining accurate CRM records.
