Your Mission:
* You will counsel and support wealth management teams in matters of succession law and asset protection;
* You will analyze and respond to client complaints or third-party claims requiring legal attention, and follow up on any potential litigation in Switzerland or abroad;
* You will handle requests from regulatory bodies, tax authorities, or other organizations;
* You will assist various departments within the bank on regulatory aspects related to banking and financial activities;
* You will maintain a watchful eye on regulatory developments, contribute to updating internal guidelines, and participate in training sessions for colleagues.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* You hold a Master's degree in law from a Swiss university, a postgraduate degree, or a notary public qualification would be an advantage;
* You have around 5 years of relevant work experience, preferably in private banking or law firms;
* You have a solid understanding of Swiss banking law, particularly in private banking;
* You possess excellent written and spoken English skills, and a good command of a third language is a plus;
* You are a team player with strong interpersonal skills, positivity, and dynamism;
* You can work independently and accurately on complex cases;
* You reside in Switzerland.
