Join us and help us ensure a healthy and safe working environment.Responsibilities: - Ensure STPS objectives as well as those related to environmental safety/sustainability while keeping them in line with site, FFB Group, and Migros Industry priorities, all while adhering to budgets. - Ensure compliance with legal provisions and internal guidelines, particularly regarding the STPS manual and the applicable documents. - Strengthen the STPS culture within the company by developing training programs and providing support for managers and supervisors. - Analyze and identify potential hazards, assess associated risks, and plan corrective and preventive measures to ensure a safe and sustainable work environment. - Contribute to the continuous development of the ISO-certified occupational health and safety concept. - Develop and track performance indicators (KPIs) related to safety, health, and sustainability to measure progress and guide continuous actions. - Implement various STPS projects/campaigns, participate in various internal and external audits.What you bring:- Completed professional training in a technical field, complemented by specific training in safety and occupational health (e.g., CFST Safety Officer, STPS Specialist).- Professional experience: Relevant experience including project management in the agri-food sector is a definite advantage. - Strong interest in all STPS issues and ability to promote a safety culture.- Positive and independent mindset, pedagogical individual with a sense of interest in continuous improvement. - Great proficiency with common tools. - French (excellent knowledge). - German (good knowledge).What we offer you:FFB Group compensates its staff based on a market-compliant X system.
