Key Responsibilities
Offer top-notch customer support to German-speaking guests via phone, email, and chat
Help guests with inquiries regarding travel itineraries, accommodation options, activities, and sightseeing opportunities
Address and resolve customer issues with urgency and care, ensuring high levels of guest satisfaction
Share valuable knowledge about Greece's destinations, culture, and travel options
Maintain detailed records of guest interactions to improve service offerings and guest experiences
Collaborate with the internal team to coordinate effective solutions and services for guests
Requirements
Fluency in German (both spoken and written); English proficiency is highly desirable
Experience in customer service, ideally in the travel, tourism, or hospitality sectors
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong commitment to guest satisfaction
Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a dynamic environment
A good understanding of Greece and its tourism industry is a plus
A genuine love for travel and helping others shape their experiences
Must be able to work remotely while being available during specified support hours
Willingness to relocate to Greece (relocation costs covered by the company)
