Job Description
* Participating actively in producing and presenting results to the operations.
* Enabling modernization and transformation of the financial tools in place.
* Contributing to a better understanding of the business results and contributing to business transformation.
* Leading projects based on Swiss needs as well as initiatives coming from Group (e.g. automation of processes, implementation of tools, simplification by use of AI, preparing change of ERP).
* Interacting with the various internal stakeholders in Switzerland in order to measure performance and ensure achievement of annual targets.
Qualifications
* Degree in business administration with focus on accounting/finance and/or IT.
* At least 3 years' experience as a controller or financial analyst.
* Experience in Business Intelligence, in particular Power BI.
* Familiarity with digitalization projects, in finance and/or operations.
* Strong language skills in German, English and French.
* Committed, team-oriented and stress-resistant personality.
* Hands‑on mentality.
* Change agent and ability to push the digital transformation within the finance organization and beyond.
* Open-minded, curious and show a positive spirit.
* Ability to work closely with members of the accounting team.
* Looking forward to working in security services and contributing to the company success as a pillar of the national team and part of the international network.
