The Vision: Build the Sales Machine. Become our future Chief of Revenue.
We are expanding our executive team and we are not looking for a tired "Chief Revenue Officer" who only wants to sit in the boardroom. We are looking for a Rising Star who has been in the trenches of a successful B2B SaaS scale‑up and knows exactly what "great" looks like. You must be a true Player‑Coach who takes on strategic C‑level responsibility in the Management Board while simultaneously closing massive mid‑market and enterprise deals.

What You Will Do At Parashift

Executive Leadership: As a Member of the Management Board, work directly with the CEO, CTO and CFO to shape the overall Go‑to‑Market execution.

The Enterprise Rainmaker (Player): Lead the charge into the market, targeting document‑heavy industries such as Transport & Logistics to secure mid‑market and enterprise deals.

Build & Scale the Sales Engine (Coach): Recruit and build the next generation of Parashift sales talent. Codify a winning playbook to scale the team massively.

Master Inbound & Outbound Motions: Exploit the inbound pipeline generated by marketing and design an uncompromising outbound strategy to proactively break into top-tier midsize and enterprise accounts.

Multiply via Partnerships: Leverage, manage and aggressively scale the partner ecosystem to multiply market reach and drive indirect revenue.

Solution Selling: Sell massive process efficiency, Smart‑Triage and fully autonomous workflows, positioning Parashift as the ultimate cure for COOs’ business pain.

What You Bring To The Table

The "Rising Star" Profile: Currently a highly successful Senior AE, Sales Director or Team Lead at a high‑growth B2B SaaS company, ready for executive revenue ownership.

Midsize & Enterprise SaaS DNA: Proven history of closing complex, high‑ticket midsize and enterprise SaaS deals, navigating multi‑stakeholder environments and procurement processes.

The Transport & Logistics Sweet Spot (Massive Plus!): Experience selling into Transport & Logistics, with an existing network of contacts (freight forwarders, carriers, 3PLs).

The Player‑Coach Mentality: Thrive both in closing deals and building teams, with zero ego in heavy‑lifting sales cycles.

Ambition & Grit: Maximum motivation, extreme work ethic and absolute will to win.

Languages: Native German and fluent English are mandatory. French is highly beneficial.

Your Perspective: The Path to VP of Revenue

Once you have cracked the playbook and scaled the sales engine, the next step is a promotion to VP of Revenue, taking on marketing and leading the entire go‑to‑market apparatus.
