Legal Counsel 80-100% (8-month Limited Contract) - Geneva
Join OM Pharma as a Legal Counsel on an 8-month limited contract at our headquarters in Geneva (Meyrin). You will report to the Head Legal & Compliance and provide legal support mainly to the Medical Affairs and Marketing departments. Your goal is to protect the company's interests while ensuring compliance with relevant laws and policies.
Main Responsibilities
* Provide legal support and advice on contractual and operational matters related to medical, marketing, regulatory, safety, clinical, R&D, and commercial activities.
* Review promotional and educational materials.
* Offer compliance advice and conduct training on healthcare laws and regulations.
* Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and legal documents.
* Assist the Legal & Compliance team in daily tasks.
* Identify legal risks and develop mitigation strategies.
Candidate Profile
* Master's degree in Law.
* Minimum of 5 years' experience in pharmaceutical legal teams, especially in medical affairs and marketing.
* Fluent in English and French; German is a plus.
* Proficient in MS Office.
* Bar admission in a European country and/or LL.M. preferred.
* Experience reviewing promotional materials is advantageous.
