This is a unique opportunity to operate at the intersection of science and business, driving licensing and commercialization strategies for a diverse portfolio of advanced antibody assets across areas such as immuno‑oncology, autoimmune diseases, neurology, and more.
What You’ll Do
Identify and develop external opportunities including out‑licensing and co‑development deals
Lead business case development, including strategic analysis, risk assessment, and executive recommendations
Drive cross‑functional due diligence and alliance management across R&D, Clinical, Regulatory, and Finance
Manage deal processes end‑to‑end: from initial outreach to negotiation and closure
Shape and refine business development & licensing strategy aligned with corporate goals
Represent the organization at global conferences and build strong industry partnerships
What We’re Looking For
PhD in pharmacology, immunology, cancer biology, or related field
Strong expertise in antibody drug discovery and development
Ability to translate complex biological data into compelling licensing narratives
Familiarity with modalities such as mAbs, bispecifics, and ADCs
Strategic mindset with the ability to align science with market opportunities
Bilingual in Mandarin and English
