IT Infrastructure & Industrial Systems Specialist (M/F/D) - 100%
Your mission Ensure the availability, performance and security of IT infrastructures (workstations, servers, networks, applications and telephony), in line with applications and subsystems
Provide first-level technical support to users and production teams: analyse needs, handle incidents and prioritise interventions according to their impact on activities
Ensure the integration, connectivity and accessibility of IT and industrial systems (IT, PLCs, instruments and applications) to guarantee continuity, reliability and performance of operations, both on-site and remotely
Manage improvement projects and the lifecycle management of equipment and systems
Participate in the on-call service according to the established schedule (10 to 12 interventions per year)
Your profile Holder of a Federal VET Diploma as an IT specialist, industrial systems technician or a technical qualification deemed equivalent
Proven experience of at least 3 years in an industrial production environment
Excellent interpersonal skills: service orientation, team spirit and ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders
Initiative, solution-oriented mindset and ability to be proactive
Organisational skills, ability to manage priorities and handle several projects simultaneously
Analytical and synthetic thinking, autonomy and versatility
Native French speaker with good knowledge of German or vice versa (min. level B2), with good knowledge of English
