Join our Corporate Key Account Management team and support sales projects, customer relation topics, contract management and internal meetings. Take ownership of sub-projects, contribute to customer-focused solutions and gain hands-on experience in a dynamic B2B environment.
1. Manage or co-manage corporate sales projects and assist the KAMs (Key Account Manager) in sales activities, projects, and team meetings
2. Develop customer-focused concepts (products and services) based on specific needs and requirements
3. Support KAMs in preparing sales offers and contracts in accordance with the requirements of the business unit, coordinating with internal stakeholders
4. Handle customer inquiries, optimize relationships and ensure satisfaction and loyalty
5. Support the contracting process by mapping the negotiated contract contents in the systems for contract fulfillment and ensuring coordination with the relevant interfaces
6. Support KAM in preparation for customer visits (e.g. prepare materials for negotiations, review meetings etc.) and support in preparation of events
