Responsibilities
* Implement innovative solutions based on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
* Guide clients into digital future by analyzing business processes and creating optimization concepts.
* Ensure client satisfaction through transparent reporting and effective project management.
* Conduct workshops, training sessions and presentations to convey product knowledge.
* Collaborate with the project team to implement industry solutions on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
* Prepare technical documentation, specifications and functional analyses.
* Support go‑live activities and train users for daily operation.
Qualifications
* Experience as project manager or consultant in implementation projects of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
* Strong project‑management skills and ability to deliver clear reporting.
* Excellent communication skills for workshops, training and customer presentations.
* Proficiency in preparing documentation and specifications.
