Job Overview
We are looking for a chemical process engineer to join our team and support polymer scale-up production, as well as laboratory work, product characterization, and testing of the final membrane properties. This role is essential for the development of innovative membrane technologies for green hydrogen production.

Saint-Sulpice (VD); on site.

April 1st, 2026, or as agreed.
Tasks and Responsabilities
* Produce polymer to support membrane production
* Scale-up polymer production
* Design and Implementation of new reactors
* Prepare and analyze polymers
* Perform mechanical and physicochemical tests for AEM
* Operate laboratory equipment and ensure proper maintenance
* Record and analyze experimental data, ensuring accuracy and reproducibility
* Contribute to the development of new polymer formulations and processing methods
* Comply with laboratory safety protocols and environmental standards
Qualifications and Skills
* A Bachelor or above degree in Chemistry, Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
* >3 years of industrial experience, preferably in polymers production, familiarity with production processes at both lab scale and pilot scale, including agitation, reactor, temperature and safety control, purification and waste treatment
* Knowledge in Mechanics and/or Electricity is a plus.
* Ability to work with a results-oriented approach.
* Strong problem-solving and organizational skills, with a willingness to learn new production or measurement techniques.
* Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
* Basic knowledge in English.
* Authorization to work in Switzerland.
