Within a young and dynamic team, your mission is to ensure customer satisfaction regarding the food offerings in our F&B outlets: the gourmet restaurant Chez Meyer’s, Jack’s Brasserie, banquets, and breakfast service. Chef.fe de Partie
Within a young and dynamic team, your mission is to ensure customer satisfaction regarding the food offerings in our F&B outlets: the gourmet restaurant Chez Meyer’s, Jack’s Brasserie, banquets, and breakfast service. You will also be responsible for organising and supervising the work of kitchen assistants and apprentices, while adhering to hygiene and safety regulations.
Tasks
CONTRACT: Seasonal - starting from June 2025.
MISSIONS:
Non-exhaustive list of activities & tasks
* Production of culinary items – following HACCP hygiene rules
* Management of goods (freshness, quantity)
* Respect and control of preparations and deadlines.
* Respect for customer requirements regarding dishes served and allergies.
* Maintaining cleanliness and order in production and storage areas
* Participation, monitoring, and control of service setup.
* Ensuring the smooth running of the service and the quality standards established by the Chef.
* Assisting in maintaining the motivation of the members.
* Assisting in the development of collaborators.
* Ability to react appropriately to complaints or specific requests from customers.
Requirements
PROFILE:
* 2 years of experience in a similar position
* Training in hospitality/ kitchen required.
* Language skills: German, French or English.
* Team player, with good organizational skills and diplomacy.
* Sense of responsibility and customer service.
* Motivated and eager to learn.
