Join us as the Controlling Manager, where you'll master product controlling through meticulous costing, strategic transfer price management, precise stock planning, valuation alignment, and act as a pivotal finance business partner to drive the profitability of our thriving merchandising realm.
What are we looking for?
Job Responsibilities
1. Collaborate closely with the Engineering division to establish annual product costs and create comprehensive price lists for budgeting purposes.
2. Serve as an expert in transfer pricing, coordinating between Engineering and Vorwerk International to assess price variations and support legal transfer price determination alongside Tax.
3. Maintain accurate pricing in SAP systems and aid subsidiary implementation through onsite training and collaborative cutover activities.
4. Lead the bi-yearly stock valuation process, collaborating with Accounting, Operations, and markets, and develop tools and processes for effective inventory planning.
5. Manage product profitability calculations using Qlik and perform regular analyses of price-mix effects across various scenarios.
6. Act as a Business Partner to the Merchandising Team by preparing business cases for new products, overseeing stock control, and supporting pricing strategies.
7. Ensure strategic alignment in the S&OP Process, synchronizing sales planning, operations, and cash flow with stock planning requirements.
Your Profile
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance or Controlling.
* 3-5 years of professional experience in finance/controlling or operations.
* Strong analytical skills with a keen interest in understanding the interdependencies and impacts of product costs across systems.
* Proficient in Excel with advanced skills.
* Excellent collaboration skills, with a proven ability to effectively manage conflicts.
