Finders SA Votre mission : The function provides support to the division Leadership team by providing relevant and timely financial information to support decision making. This includes forecasting and analysis around global revenue, and SG&A spend for the organisation. This individual will run the Global Sales forecast, help drive product pricing/margin decisions and assist in the developing of a monthly P&L forecast. Tasks will include but are not limited to: Responsible for providing financial analysis and support to all operational areas affecting the division, including commercial sales, operations/production, engineering, and product management. - Lead the monthly sales forecast process and coordinate across both the global operations team as well as the sales teams in the Americas, Europe, and Asia. - Develop and provide financial analysis and support for the Finance Director, including sales trend analysis, gross margin analysis, spending and cost center analysis, sales commission analysis, headcount reporting, product line P&L analysis, and general balance sheet analysis. - Prepare and analyze daily orders, shipments & backlog reporting for multiple product lines. - Partners with Accounting to ensure accurate and complete financial records, including monthly closing efforts, and support issue resolution, in compliance with legal requirements, local accounting and US GAAP standards. Votre profil : - Degree in finance or accounting - 5-6 years of experience in finance and accounting within an international, manufacturing environment - strong Microsoft Excel skills, knowledge of Power BI - Superior technical financial skills, hands on data modeling skills, balanced with sound business judgment, including the ability to balance financial and operational factors, analyze complex business problems and develop appropriate solutions. - Sound knowledge of USGAAP and local GAAP - Fluent English, mother tongue Italian - Sharp, pro-active, results oriented individual with excellent communication skills A propos de Finders SA : A successful business unit manufacturing the technology, equipment, and components behind innovative spraying systems that enable smart farming, part of a major American multinational.
