Job Description
*
Assist in the administration of trusts, foundations and corporate structures in various jurisdictions
*
Draft trust-related documents (resolutions, minutes, letters of wishes, powers of attorney, etc.)
*
Coordinate with banks, custodians, tax/legal advisors, and investment managers
*
Maintain up-to-date client records and ensure accurate data entry in trust management systems
*
Monitor and ensure timely execution of transactions and distributions
*
Support onboarding of new clients and gathering of KYC/AML documentation
*
Contribute to regulatory reporting and compliance reviews
*
Act as a point of contact for clients and intermediaries, under supervision of senior officers
The Successful Applicant
*
Minimum 2 years of experience in a trust company in Geneva
*
Strong understanding of trust and corporate structures, their governance and documentation
*
Knowledge of key regulations: CDB, AML, CRS/FATCA is a strong asset
*
Detail-oriented, discreet, reliable and able to manage multiple priorities
*
Team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills
*
Confident using Microsoft Office tools and trust administration software
* Fluent in French and English
