Maintain harmony within the structure while respecting legal and institutional frameworks. Propose and facilitate activities to promote their collective well-being. Collaborate with a network of key partners to enrich and deepen aspects related to beneficiary support. Let's talk about you and your skills You hold a degree in social work (if the degree is from a foreign institution, recognition by SEFRI is required) and have at least 5 years of experience working with adolescents, ideally in an interdisciplinary context or in the field of youth transition support. You are familiar with the canton of Vaud and have prior professional experience in the area. You are proficient in English or other languages (a valuable asset!). You are adept with common office tools, and you have a driving license.
