Your Mission
As part of the Motion Systems R&D team, you will plan and manage the development activities, achieving the deliverables within the specified time and budget according to the company's processes.
You will define the project scope, deliverables and acceptance criteria, and estimate risks using a matrix or FMEA approach. You will also drive mitigation plans and represent ETEL R&D in front of customers.
Key responsibilities include monitoring and reporting on project progress, including quality, cost, and time metrics.
This will involve planning and organizing project reviews, reporting development status to steering committees, managing project stakeholders, and defining gate reviews.
If necessary, you will propose and manage changes, evaluate and assess project results, and spread success and lessons learned within the company.
You will also initiate continuous improvement activities to enhance future projects.
Your Profile
To succeed in this role, you should possess a Master's degree in engineering, and hold a project management qualification (PMP) or equivalent. Proven experience in an engineering environment is essential, with at least 3 years' experience in project management.
You should be an expert in strategic planning, risk management, and/or change management. Ideally, you have worked for complex and international organizations, and possess fluent written and spoken English. French is a plus.
