Strategic planning and analysis are essential skills for this role, as the Senior Manager must use insights from market trends and competitive analysis to adjust and improve policy frameworks. Collaboration and stakeholder engagement are also crucial, as the Senior Manager will work closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure commercial policies align with market strategies and business needs.
Governance and compliance are also key aspects of this role, as the Senior Manager must develop governance structures to ensure adherence to commercial policies and regulatory requirements. Monitoring compliance and providing guidance to teams on policy application and best practices are also important responsibilities.
Policy communication and training are vital for the success of this role, as the Senior Manager must partner with Sales enablement and segment teams to ensure appropriate communication and training plans for commercial policies.

To be considered for this role, you will have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively. You should be able to think strategically and collaboratively, with a focus on delivering results-oriented solutions.
In addition, you will have experience in creating and enforcing governance structures, as well as strong written and verbal communication skills. A Bachelor's degree is mandatory, and an MBA or post-graduation is desirable. Seven years of experience in commercial strategy, commercial policy, or commercial excellence within the B2B software industry or similar sectors is required.
