The ideal candidate will have a strong generalist background, with specific expertise in managing our network system and Google Workspace. This involves setting up new devices (like the Zebra printer) and ensuring proper documentation, configuration, and compliance with security standards. /lilibIT Support Troubleshooting: /b Provide first-line support for hardware, software, and network issues. Proactively identify potential issues and inefficiencies and recommend improvements to enhance performance and reliability. /lilibUser Access Management: /b Administer user accounts and access rights within Google Workspace, Odoo ERP, Shopify and others. Ensure the proper setup and management of email addresses, shared drives, and security settings. /lilibSecurity Compliance: /b Implement and monitor security best practices.
