We are currently looking for a Senior SAP BW / BO Administrator to join a consulting assignment with our client in Geneva.
This role comes in the context of a retirement replacement, where the consultant will ensure operational continuity and knowledge transfer while supporting ongoing SAP upgrades and platform stability during a critical phase leading to go-live and hypercare.
SAP BW / BO Administration
* Administer and supervise SAP BW on HANA and SAP BusinessObjects environments
* Monitor daily operations and coordinate batch processing activities
* Provide Level 3 support to users and project teams
* Work closely with analytics and data teams
Platform Management
* Monitor and optimize BW performance on HANA
* Manage system transports and upgrades
* Ensure system monitoring, stability, and performance
* Support the reliability of the enterprise data platform
Support & Coordination
* Coordinate with analytics, infrastructure, and data teams
* Participate in the resolution of complex technical incidents
* Support system releases and go-live activities
Transformation
* Contribute to S/4HANA transition activities
* Ensure alignment with security and infrastructure standards
Technical Skills
* Administration of SAP BW on HANA
* Administration of SAP BusinessObjects
* Strong knowledge of SAP BW architecture
* Experience with:
* System monitoring
* Transports
* Performance optimization
Nice to Have
* Knowledge of Control-M
* 8–12 years of experience in SAP BW / BI environments
* Proven experience in SAP system administration
* Ability to quickly adapt to complex environments
