Your missions
* Develop long-term strategic plans to optimize operational processes.
* Support business operations in their daily tasks by solving issues related to the performance of operation.
* Lead major operational projects per year as a Project Manager.
* Design and implement KPIs and dashboards to monitor the bank’s operational efficiency.
* Collaborate with System Analyst to ensure alignment.
* Gather information by observing workflows, read company reports and conducting employee interviews (deep-dive), and performing operation in pair.
* Measure product usage, feature adoptions and resource allocated to operations.
* Determine appropriate methods to analyze operations, relevant information and data.
* Being responsible of coordination with potential external partner to evaluate their products.
Qualifications
* You have strong analytical skills and knowledge in operations and project management.
* You are recognized for your communication skills: you will need to communicate effectively your vision both internally and externally and you will interact with banking professional, engineers and analysts on a daily basis.
* Fluent in French and English (spoken and written).
