Desired Profile
* HES nurse training or deemed equivalent
* Proven experience in team management as well as ICUS training (proximity management or CAS in management)
* Several years of practice in long-term care
* Training in psychogeriatrics, palliative care, clinical assessment or PF would be an asset
* Strong clinical skills and ability to support teams in nursing decision-making
* Knowledge of common management tools, notably Carefolio-LT
* Mastery of the interRAI LTCF assessment instrument
* Proven organisational skills, recognised leadership with good communication abilities
Main Tasks
* Ensure the clinical leadership of the care unit and guarantee the quality, safety and continuity of services provided to residents
* Participate in the continuous improvement of the resident support concept
* Manage, plan and coordinate the human resources activity of the care unit
* Supervise and participate in the mentoring of students, apprentices and trainees
* Participate in the development of quality policy
* Actively collaborate with network partners in an interdisciplinary spirit
* Contribute to the development of the integrated management system (IMS)
