The Market Lead will be responsible for the day-to-day performance of the brand, ensuring alignment with business targets, seasonality, and brand positioning.YOUR ROLEBusiness daily control: ensure all casino/sports KPIs/trends are in line with targets and seasonality, reporting to Business ManagerMarketing: creation of a monthly CRM calendar for Casino & Sports, oversee the daily delivery of all CRM & VIP campaigns and daily evaluation of campaignsDefine internal & external technical needs to execute profitable CRM campaignsAcquisition: weekly alignment with acquisition team to ensure good performance and budget control of each operationMonitor gaming activity and player behavior to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement, collaborating with Casino team on the games & verticals positioning.Deal with game providers to get exclusive games and reach the best agreements for casino promotionsDaily operational meeting with all local stakeholders to guarantee operational efficiencyDevelop and implement promotional campaigns aimed at increasing player engagement and retention, guaranteeing execution by the CRM teamCollaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, compliance, and customer service, to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfactionBuild bridges with land-based operations and international sponsorships to support CRM campaignsPartial P&L ownerYOUR PROFILEYou have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business or marketingYou have a proven experience in a market, commercial, or operational role within gaming, betting, e-commerce, or a highly regulated digital environmentYour are highly operational, hands-on, and comfortable managing day-to-day performanceYou have strong analytical skills and is confident working with KPIs, trends, and performance reportingYou have experience with CRM, promotions, and player lifecycle managementYou are comfortable coordinating multiple stakeholders and working cross-functionallyYou have strong negotiation skills and experience dealing with external partners or suppliersYou have a solid understanding of player behavior, retention mechanics, and value segmentationYou are fluent in German (spoken and written) and in English.
