This is a founding leadership opportunity for a dynamic luxury professional who thrives on building teams, developing client relationships, and driving business growth in one of the world's most prestigious luxury markets. /p pAs Boutique Director, you will be responsible for building and leading a high-performing team, cultivating a culture of excellence, and establishing the Geneva boutique as a destination for the world's most discerning collectors and ultra-high-net-worth clientele. /p pThis role requires a unique combination of leadership, business development, client relationship management, and luxury expertise. You will serve as both a strategic business leader and a brand ambassador, ensuring the boutique embodies everything Jacob Co. stands for: boldness, innovation, craftsmanship, and the celebration of success. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liRecruit, build, and develop a high-performing boutique team from the ground up /li liFoster a culture of accountability, collaboration, excellence, and client obsession /li liConduct regular coaching and development sessions to support individual growth and performance /li liImplement a continuous feedback culture focused on professional development and accountability /li liInspire, motivate, and retain top talent while maintaining a proactive recruitment pipeline /li liServe as a role model for leadership, professionalism, and brand representation /li /ul h3Business Development Revenue Growth /h3 ul liDevelop and execute the boutique’s business strategy and action plan /li liEstablish challenging monthly sales budgets to be shared with Top Management and align sales team objectives accordingly. /li liDrive sales growth through proactive client acquisition, relationship development, and retention /li liBuild and expand a high-quality local and international network of collectors, clients, and partners /li liOrganize and support private events, partnerships, client experiences, and networking initiatives /li liMonitor and manage boutique KPIs, sales performance, and client engagement metrics /li liIdentify new business opportunities and revenue streams within the Geneva luxury market /li liEnsure outstanding follow-up of AFSS activities, consistently achieving high levels of client satisfaction in terms of service quality and adherence to deadlines. /li /ul h3Client Experience Relationship Management /h3 ul liEstablish and maintain exceptional standards for client experience and hospitality /li liLead by example in developing long-term relationships with UHNW clientele /li liMaintain and grow your own portfolio of high-value client relationships /li liDrive client retention, reactivation, and loyalty initiatives /li liMonitor client satisfaction and implement service improvements where needed /li liEnsure every client interaction reflects the highest standards of the Jacob Co. brand /li liEnrich the Brand CRM database on a daily basis and provide recommendations to enhance and optimize the existing tool. /li /ul h3Operational Excellence /h3 ul liOversee all boutique operations, procedures, and compliance requirements /li liLead daily team briefings and performance reviews to maintain focus and accountability /li liMaintain operational efficiency while upholding luxury service standards /li liEnsure adherence to company policies, security protocols, and brand guidelines /li liAnalyze performance data and implement improvements where necessary /li liMaintain a strong financial, legal, and administrative overview of the boutique business to support sustainable growth and operational excellence. /li liBe responsible for the store’s financial statements, including the Balance Sheet, PL, and Cash Flow.
