To replace the incumbent who has claimed her retirement rights, the School of Engineering is offering a position for: Executive Assistant with managerial responsibilities ( %) Your mission Ensure, as a member of the management team of the School of Engineering, strict oversight of files while actively participating in all management meetings Support the management of the School in all its missions: agenda management, writing emails and meeting minutes, drafting minutes and following up on decisions Guide and bring together the team to develop an agile and efficient approach, focused on the needs of stakeholders Coordinate activities and flows with the academics of the School and the central services Actively contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and procedures Lead and support events of the School: graduation ceremonies, seminars, conferences Your profile Federal diploma as Executive Assistant, or equivalent qualification Strong leadership skills and proven experience in team management Confirmed experience in a similar position, with experience in the academic environment being an advantage Strong writing and synthesis skills, solid organizational skills combined with a keen sense of responsibility Ability to integrate harmoniously within a team and developed spirit Mastery of tools and very good ability to adapt to new digital environments French language proficiency, with good knowledge of German and English Activity rate % Workplace Sion Start date Mid-August Duration of employment CDI.
