Location: Remote/ HQ in Switzerland Engagement: Full‑time, Permanent
Key Responsibilities
Lead end‑to‑end project management for New Markets Go‑to‑Market initiatives, including planning, timelines, risk management and governance.
Drive Operating Model and organizational transformation projects within key markets.
Coordinate cross‑functional stakeholders across regional and global teams (Finance, Legal, Supply, Quality, PV, Regulatory).
Oversee the full Contract Lifecycle Management process: partner evaluation, RFP, due diligence, contracting, fulfilment and renewals.
Ensure high‑quality project documentation, status reporting and decision tracking.
Support the Head of New Market Commercial and Head of GTM Strategy & Commercial Operations on strategic initiatives.
Requirements
Hard Skills
15+ years’ project management experience across multiple countries and cultures.
Strong background leading complex transformation programs (process and organizational).
Advanced project management methodology expertise; PMP or PRINCE2 preferred.
Solid understanding of supply‑chain flows and source‑to‑contract processes.
Proficiency in MS Office and PM tools (MS Project, Smartsheet).
Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred.
Soft Skills
Strong analytical thinking, structured approach and results focus.
Pragmatic, solutions‑oriented and confident in challenging assumptions.
Hands‑on, proactive and comfortable in ambiguous environments.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Collaborative mindset and ability to influence without direct authority.
Fluent English; German or Spanish is a plus.
