Handle daily and periodic accounting operations from A to Z

Prepare monthly and annual closings, ensuring accuracy and completeness

Monitor general ledger activity, bank movements, and key balance sheet items

Ensure timely processing of supplier and customer transactions

Support VAT, social charges, and standard tax filings

Liaise with external accountants or auditors as needed

Maintain accounting procedures and help improve internal workflows

Contribute to tools optimization, document flow, or cost tracking when relevant

Provide support on finance-related topics to internal stakeholders (admin, operations, etc.)

3+ years of experience in accounting, ideally in a small or mid-sized industrial or technical environment

Comfortable working independently and structuring financial processes

Familiar with Swiss accounting standards and basic tax/social security requirements

Proficient in Excel; used to working with accounting software or ERP systems

French fluent, English good enough for documentation or tools navigation

Reliable, down-to-earth, and proactive - able to manage day-to-day priorities without heavy supervision
