OverviewWe are seeking an experienced and highly motivated IOMH Key Account Manager to join our team. In this role, you will drive strategic engagement with key stakeholders, advance business development initiatives, and ensure strong readiness for future launches within the IOMH therapeutic area. You will leverage your deep product and market knowledge to generate meaningful insights and translate them into strategic actions. Working cross-functionally, you will collaborate closely with internal and external partners to shape the environment, optimize patient access, and deliver sustainable value for customers and the organization.ResponsibilitiesBuild and maintain trusted partnerships with key decision-makers in relevant Accounts (relevant hospitals, group practices, specialist centers and others)Act as a subject matter expert for the portfolio and the disease areasConduct deep analysis of patient pathways to identify unmet needs, systemic drivers, and barriers to careDevelop, implement, and maintain comprehensive account plans for assigned region, ensuring all activities are aligned with TA IOMH objectives and deliver measurable value for patients and the healthcare system while leveraging adoption of our portfolioLeverage digital tools (CRM/Salesforce, Office applications) for account planning, stakeholder engagement, and performance trackingRequirementsProven experience in Specialty care (ILD and oncology preferred)Demonstrated success in strategic account management and stakeholder engagementExcellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilitiesFluent in English and the respective regional language, Italian is a plusValid driver’s license and willingness to travel extensively within Switzerland as this is a field-based roleBenefitsFlexible working time models: home office and flexible working hours, depending on department and position – many things are possible with us.
