We are seeking an experienced professional in Business Analysis and Requirements Engineering for a long-term engagement (Ref DO). The position involves the analysis, specification, and documentation of business requirements in a complex digitization project within the legal and administrative sector. The goal is to develop a secure, auditable, and standardized solution for the electronic creation and management of official documents as part of the digital transformation of public administration.
Responsibilities:
* Planning and conducting workshops with specialist departments and stakeholders
* Gathering, consolidating, analyzing, and refining business requirements
* Creating user stories and use cases with acceptance criteria
* Coordination with development, architecture, and testing; considering integration aspects (APIs/web services, batch/data flows, data model)
* Creating product documentation and internal documentation (e.g., in Confluence)
* Active participation in agile projects (Scrum ceremonies, backlog maintenance, prioritization, reviews, and retrospectives)
* Ensuring clear, comprehensible, and artifact-compliant documentation
Requirements:
* At least 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Requirements Engineer in agile projects, ideally in the public or regulated sector
* Sound knowledge of UML and modeling methods
* Practical experience with Jira and Confluence
* Experience in cross-project requirements gathering and coordination of various stakeholders
* Confident facilitation of workshops and voting sessions
* Completed IT training
* IREB certification or equivalent qualification in Business Analysis (CAS or Diploma)
