The E-commerce Manager will work cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, IT, Customer Service, and Operations teams, contributing to the growth of the digital business and the evolution of the omnichannel ecosystem. /ph3Key Responsibilities /h3ulliDefine and implement the e-commerce strategy in line with company objectives. /liliMonitor and optimize website performance and key digital KPIs such as traffic, conversion rate, AOV, ROAS, and retention. /liliCoordinate digital marketing activities together with agencies and external partners. /liliManage the online commercial calendar and promotional activities. /liliOversee online merchandising, content management, and customer journey optimization. /liliCollaborate with Operations and Inventory teams to ensure product availability and efficient order fulfillment. /liliAnalyze sales data and customer behavior to identify growth opportunities. /liliCoordinate external technology partners and suppliers. /liliSupport CRM and loyalty strategy development. /liliContribute to the optimization of customer experience and omnichannel processes. /li /ulh3Requirements /h3ulliAt least 5 years of experience in e-commerce or digital commerce roles. /liliPrevious experience in fashion, lifestyle, retail, or consumer goods environments is preferred. /liliStrong knowledge of B2C e-commerce dynamics. /liliFamiliarity with e-commerce platforms and analytics tools. /liliStrong data-driven and performance-oriented mindset. /liliProject management and cross-functional coordination skills. /liliExcellent organizational and problem-solving abilities. /liliFluent in English; additional European languages an advantage. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
