Your Role:
Lead hydropower projects and sub-projects from preliminary studies to planning and implementation phases.
Coordinate interdisciplinary project teams and external specialized consultants.
Ensure projects meet technical, environmental, and regulatory requirements.
Contribute to sustainable energy solutions that support seasonal storage and reliable winter electricity supply.
Your Profile:
Master’s degree in Civil Engineering (ETH/FH) with specialization in hydraulic or geotechnical engineering
5+ years of experience in planning and executing hydraulic or underground structures
Proven project management experience as a planner, client representative, or contractor
Strong interest in related fields: electromechanics, energy industry, environmental and legal aspects
Dynamic, flexible, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-evolving environment
Able to work independently and in multidisciplinary project teams
Native French or German speaker, good command of the other language (min. B1)
