About the Role
Your Role: As an Airline Contact Centre Agent you will be the first point of contact for passengers, helping them with:
* Flight bookings, changes, and cancellations
* General travel and airline‑related inquiries
* Providing excellent customer service in German & English
* Ensuring a smooth and positive customer experience
Working Hours
* Monday to Friday
* 09:00 – 18:30 (8‑hour shifts)
* On‑site role in Malta
What We’re Looking For
* German C2 (mandatory)
* English C1 (mandatory)
* Strong communication and customer service skills
* Comfortable using computer systems
* Previous customer service experience is a plus (not required)
* Open to working and living in Malta
Salary & Benefits
Hourly Salary Progression:
* Month 1: €5.60/hour
* Month 2: €8.10/hour
* After probation: €8.50/hour
* After 12 months: €8.75/hour (performance‑based)
* After 18 months: €9.20/hour (performance‑based)
Additional Benefits:
* Performance Bonus: up to €2,000/year (paid quarterly, after probation)
* Language Allowance: €250/month (after training)
* Relocation Package: €2,000 (paid after 1 month of employment)
