Your Role
We are seeking an experienced Windows AD with Azure and M365 Engineer with expertise in designing, configuring, and maintaining our infrastructure. The ideal candidate will be the responsible for the design, administration, and support of a hybrid enterprise IT environment, combining on-premises Windows infrastructure with Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365. The role focuses on identity management, collaboration platforms, system availability, security, and advanced support within a complex enterprise landscape.
Your Key Responsibilities
* Manage hybrid enterprise infrastructure integrating on-prem Windows AD with Azure and Microsoft 365
* Configure, administer, and support Microsoft 365 services (identity, collaboration, device & security management)
* Oversee identity, access, and user lifecycle management (Entra ID, IAM, governance)
* Administer and maintain Windows Server environments and core infrastructure services
* Ensure high availability, performance, and security of systems and networks
* Troubleshoot complex WLAN, VPN, remote access, and authentication issues
* Monitor and manage enterprise software, cloud backups, and infrastructure platforms
* Provide 2nd and 3rd level support for critical IT services
* Collaborate on IT security operations, policies, and system hardening
* Participate in IT projects, vendor coordination, and technical documentation.
Your skills and experience
* Excellent knowledge of concepts, techniques, implementation, use and operation; Ability to approach topics from a holistic point of view
* Good problem-solving skills; the ability to analyze problems, identify alternative solutions, including the implications of proposed measures, and implement recommendations.
* Good knowledge of general technical terms such as LDAP, Kerberos, DNS, DHCP, good knowledge of networking, TCP/IP
* experience with the upgrade and migration of MS technologies
* A good security background, i.e. you will be expected to take into account security implications for every task and every system proposed.
