This position offers you the opportunity to build and shape the electrical engineering department from the ground up in a dynamic, international environment.
Your Key Responsibilities
1. Conduct comprehensive electrical and pneumatic system inspections on advanced pharmaceutical manufacturing equipment
2. Perform systematic testing protocols including initial commissioning tests and recurring safety validations in GMP-regulated environments
3. Execute visual and functional assessments on new installations and retrofit projects to ensure compliance with industry standards
4. Document inspection results meticulously and track any deviations according to regulatory requirements
5. Troubleshoot complex technical issues by analyzing electrical and mechanical system failures and implementing effective solutions
6. Ensure operational safety by verifying electrical system integrity before equipment commissioning
7. Support international qualification activities including Installation Qualification (IQ) processes at customer facilities worldwide
Your Profile
1. Professional electrical qualification through completed vocational training as electronics technician, electrician, or equivalent certification
2. Extensive hands-on experience with several years in electrical assembly, control cabinet construction, or related technical fields
3. Testing and commissioning expertise with proven experience using measurement and testing equipment for system validation
4. GMP environment knowledge with understanding of pharmaceutical manufacturing regulations and compliance requirements (advantageous)
5. Bilingual communication skills with fluency in both English and German for international project collaboration
6. Independent work approach combining high initiative with precise, methodical execution and pragmatic problem-solving
7. Team collaboration excellence with enthusiasm for achieving collective goals and supporting cross-functional projects
8. Structured documentation skills with solution-oriented mindset and attention to accuracy in technical reporting
