Ph3Overview /h3pSmartwool icebreaker are looking for an exceptional Sales Manager Lifestyle to join our sales team based in Stabio, Switzerland. The Lifestyle Sales Manager will lead and accelerate the wholesale business across lifestyle channels within EMEA, focusing on independent boutiques, premium department stores and digital partners. This role drives the expansion and elevation of lifestyle distribution, translating brand and regional strategies into clear commercial execution while ensuring consistency, quality and profitability across all accounts. /ph3Responsibilities /h3h3Commercial Strategy Business Growth /h3ulliDefine and execute the lifestyle commercial strategy across EMEA in line with brand priorities. /liliDrive distribution expansion in lifestyle channels (department stores, premium independents, digital platforms). /liliIdentify and prioritize new business opportunities, focusing on brand‑relevant and high‑potential partners. /liliEnsure a strong balance between growth, profitability and distribution quality. /li /ulh3Sales Performance Execution /h3ulliOwn seasonal and annual sales targets for the lifestyle channel and deliver against revenue and margin objectives. /liliLead the full sales cycle: sell‑in, in‑season management and sell‑through follow‑up. /liliBuild and manage accurate forecasts, budgets and financial plans in collaboration with Finance and Planning. /li /ulh3Account Management Partnerships /h3ulliBuild and maintain strong relationships with key lifestyle accounts at a senior level. /liliLead negotiations, contracts and commercial agreements in line with brand standards. /liliDrive joint business plans with strategic partners to unlock growth and visibility. /liliEnsure best‑in‑class execution at point of sale, both physical and digital. /li /ulh3Go‑To‑Market Cross‑Functional Leadership /h3ulliEnsure effective execution of go‑to‑market strategies across lifestyle channels. /liliCollaborate closely with Marketing and Merchandising to elevate brand positioning. /liliSupport assortments and activations tailored to lifestyle consumers. /li /ulh3Market Insight Brand Voice /h3ulliAct as the voice of the market, providing insights on consumers, trends and competitors. /liliTrack lifestyle market dynamics and emerging players to continuously refine strategy. /li /ulh3Qualifications /h3ulliCommercially driven and brand‑sensitive sales leader with experience growing business while elevating distribution and building long‑term partnerships within the lifestyle ecosystem. /liliAbility to develop and execute a clear commercial strategy, turning market opportunities into tangible business results. /liliUnderstanding of the lifestyle marketplace, including premium fashion/lifestyle distribution, consumer trends and brand positioning dynamics. /liliStrong mindset to balance growth with distribution quality, ensuring alignment with brand standards and long‑term positioning. /liliKeen interest in fashion, lifestyle and consumer culture, with curiosity for trends, competitors and emerging players. /liliUniversity Bachelor or Master’s degree in Business or a related field is a plus, but professional experience and proven track record in wholesale sales are most important. /lili+5 years of experience in fashion/lifestyle for luxury/premium brands. /liliProven track record in managing key accounts and driving business growth. /liliStrong exposure to EMEA markets and cross‑cultural environments. /li /ulh3Benefits /h3ulliA supportive, feedback‑based culture where respect and integrity guide us. /liliAn inclusive international environment that values diversity of backgrounds and lifestyles. /liliOn‑site gym and health‑well‑being initiatives. /liliDiscount card with 50% off all VF brands. /liliFree areas offering complimentary hot drinks. /li /ulh3Equal Employment Opportunity Statement /h3pVF is an equal opportunity employer of minorities, females, protected veterans and the disabled.
